Terms of Use

RankSolo is operated by IT Garage LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, USA ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms of Use. These Terms are published in English only.

1. What the service does

RankSolo analyses an app idea that you describe, builds a short brief from it, picks the search phrase your app would compete for, and checks that phrase against commercial search data. The result is a report with a verdict on the phrase, an estimate of how hard the niche is to enter, and the keyword data behind both.

Everything the service produces is an estimate based on third party search data and on automated analysis. It is not a prediction, a guarantee of store rankings, downloads or revenue, and it is not legal, trademark or business advice. Checking a name for trademark conflicts and for store policy compliance remains your responsibility.

2. Your account

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. One person or company may not create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits.

3. Free beta and future paid plans

The service is currently in beta and free to use. Paid actions inside the product are metered in credits, and every new account receives a credit balance sufficient for one full idea check. No payment method is collected and no charges are made today.

We may introduce paid features or plans later. If we do, we will describe the price and the terms before anything is charged, and using the paid part of the service will remain your choice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service in violation of applicable law, or to infringe someone else's rights;
• resell, redistribute or systematically extract the service or its data, including by scraping or by automated bulk querying;
• interfere with the service or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to other accounts, or to the systems it runs on;
• submit content that is unlawful or that you have no right to submit.

5. Your content

The ideas, briefs and other material you submit remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content for the purpose of providing the service to you, including sending it to the third party providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish your ideas, and we do not sell them.

Reports and other output generated for you are yours to use. Because the same public search data is available to everyone, similar output may be generated for other users, and we make no claim of exclusivity in it.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided during beta without any uptime commitment. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may limit usage where it is necessary to keep the service running or to control the cost of third party data. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what the service does, where circumstances allow.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account by writing to support@ranksolo.app. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, or where we are required to do so by law.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the data supplied by third party providers is complete, current or accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business decisions taken on the basis of the service. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. If you require a signed data processing agreement, write to support@ranksolo.app.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the product before they apply. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms.
